  • Algebra Capital was established in the DIFC in November 2006 and is regulated by the DFSA as a Category 3 licensed firm, whose authorized activities include Asset Management and Advisory Services.
  • In September 2007, Algebra Capital announced a Strategic Joint Venture through which Franklin Templeton Investments acquired a 25% equity stake. In March 2009, Franklin Templeton Investments increased its stake to 40%.
  • Algebra Capital management and employees currently own 60% of the firm.
  • Algebra Capital's geographic coverage will cover the GCC, Middle East North Africa, East and Emerging Asia regions (collectively MENASIA). This geographic coverage will be executed via a mix of organic growth as well as JVs and partnerships.
  • Algebra Capital manages assets in private and public markets across all asset classes.  Our services are packaged as fund solutions, discretionary mandates or structured products
